We do better when you do better. By charging a percentage rather than a flat monthly fee like most of our competitors do, we are properly motivated to keep your units full and running like a well-oiled machine.
Our competitors charging flat fees get paid regardless of if they’re filling your vacancies, collecting rent on time and doing their overall job. By charging a percentage, we are tied to the success of your property. If we aren’t doing our job, then we aren’t getting paid!

We work with over a dozen organizations across the state who guarantee most, if not all of our tenant’s monthly rent. At any given time we can be working with dozens of tenants ready to rent your apartment and pay at or above what the property is worth.
