Your clients are your own, and we will always respect that. Our management services do not overlap with your standard Realtor services.
Did you just get an apartment listing, or preparing to list one?
Refer the landlord to us to manage the property after you fill the vacancy. You’ll get 100% of whatever broker fee you typically collect from the tenant, landlord or both… plus $250 per door from us!
For any doors you refer, we’ll also give you exclusive listing brokerage INDEFINITELY while the landlord uses our management services. You’ll continue to collect 100% of any broker fee you typically collect whenever a vacancy pops up in a door you referred us.
Closing soon on a multifamily or investment property, but don’t want to deal with the apartment listings?
Refer the landlord to us to manage the building and you’ll get $250 per door, plus 60% of any broker fee we collect.
