Managing vendors and accounts payable. This includes oversight of accounts and services for landscapers, handymen, utility companies, cleaning crews, winter weather call-outs and more.
Notification of all maintenance requests directly to vendors.
Access to exclusive pricing with our One Call preferred Vendors.
Random on site “check-ins” by One Call staff to monitor common areas and outdoor spaces to ensure compliance with tenants and that vendors are doing a satisfactory job. Any infractions shall be photographed, documented and addressed.
Monitoring of already installed security systems.
If your monthly rent is $1000, our monthly fee is just $100.
